Why should your lease your bus?

100% Financing: With leasing, there is very little money down - perhaps only the first and last month's payment due at the inception of the lease. Since a lease does not require a down payment, it is equivalent to 100% financing.

Tax Treatment: Companies can deduct lease payments from corporate income. (The IRS does not consider an operating lease to be a purchase, but rather a tax-deductible overhead expense.)

Debt management: Leases are considered rental agreements and are not classified as debt on balance sheets and financial reports. A lease transaction is typically not reported to the CBR.

Flexibility: Companies can upgrade or add equipment to meet ever-changing needs at any point during the lease term. Companies also have the option to include training, installation, maintenance and other intangible services, if needed.

Flexibility: We can structure our rental agreements many different ways. You may need to pay less the first 6 months in order for your equipment to generate some income, or you may have different buyout needs.
